I moved from NYC to FL a little less than a year ago, and before leaving NY I had a ton of performance installations done and a dyno tune as well on my 2018 WRX. I was concerned when I moved here on finding a performance shop that specializes in Subaru's, that is, until I attended Subiefest in Orlando and met the guys from Brown's Performance. Fast forward a few months later to my engine misfiring and essentially "spitting" when the car would idle. I dropped my WRX to Brown's Performance and within 24hrs they contacted me with the diagnosed issue(s). Long story short the engine needed to come out of the bay for some repairs, where it would be discovered that my clutch was nearing it's end. These guys kept in touch with me every step of the way and did not act on any "new" repairs without contacting me first. I've had my WRX back for a little over a week now and I can honestly say it feels like a brand new car. The car idles how it should; I've noticed consistent power to the throttle without the misfiring/timing issues; and the clutch feels like butter with how smooth it is. The folks at Brown's were great to work with. They are very communicative and helpful in explaining the issues they found and what repairs are needed. They did great (and quick) work getting my Crosstrek running smooth and safe. They do seem to be booked out (which I interpret as a good thing!), so the next available appointment they had was two weeks from when I called to schedule a drop off, but that wasn't a big deal for me. Highly recommend.

Everyone was extremely nice, personable, and professional. Their electronic inventory of suggested repairs (rated by need and inclusive of photos) was extremely easy to navigate and gave me a much better understanding of my car issues. They also provided multiple quotes based on my repair decisions (sort of like a chose your own adventure book), which allowed me to better navigate the process and make more informed decisions. One top of that, I am amazed at how quick everything was completed! 100% would come back and would recommend.
